Enter game fails

i've reinstalled the game, redownloaded, and still, when im done with all the updates etc, when i click start it says enter game fails >.<

have you checked your pc?? maybe it doest meet the game requirement or so.

Make sure you pick a server ip onto which to log with. At the login screen it will show you the option of choosing the server using the "Switch" option.

1) Are you fully patched to 104?

2) Did you verify your account through e-mail?

3) Can you please post a screenshot of the error?

Enter game fails.

Either server, all chars.

at char select screen, game goes to enter game splash screen, then crashes to bug report box.

Version 104, client verified.

Can't post screen shot because there's no error message - client simply shuts down.

PC is more than sufficient to run game.

Can you try uninstalling, re-downloading the client and manually patching it to the most recent patch?
